Absolutely. This retreat is designed for couples in all stages—dating, engaged, or married—who are serious about building a strong, faith-centered relationship. If you're committed to growth, this space is for you.
This is a coaching-based experience, not therapy or professional counseling. We guide couples through intentional conversations, reflective exercises, and spiritual insight—but we do not offer clinical diagnoses or treatment.
If your relationship is currently in crisis or navigating trauma, we recommend seeking licensed counseling before attending.If you're both committed to showing up and doing the work, this retreat can be a healing experience. However, if there’s active trauma, abuse, or unaddressed betrayal, we suggest working with a licensed counselor first. Our sessions are designed to support growth, not to serve as a crisis intervention space.
Yes! While we’ll have group sessions and activities, we’ve intentionally built in time for one-on-one connection. Expect a mix of guided moments and private opportunities to reflect, recharge, and reconnect.
Yes, this is a faith-based retreat grounded in Christian principles. We believe God is the foundation of strong, lasting relationships. All teachings and experiences are rooted in biblical wisdom, but all are welcome to attend.
There’s no formal dress code. Come comfortable but respectful—you’ll want to feel relaxed for both learning and leisure. Think beach casual with a touch of intentionality.
We love families—but this retreat is intentionally designed for couples only. It’s a focused space for undistracted connection. We recommend arranging childcare so you can fully immerse in the experience.
